We ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping to select European countries (France, Belgium, Switzerland) is available at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Track your package at 17track.net.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Royal is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Beauty and skincare products that have been opened or used
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@royalstore.ca with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided
- Refund issued within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
We're sorry! Please email us at support@royalstore.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
