Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Royal. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Royal website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. However, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not offer price matching.
3. Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted and payment is processed.
4. Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as presented at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Royal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact support@royalstore.ca. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Sale items and final-sale items are non-returnable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of Royal or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Royal operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable Canadian province.
